Chris war für vier Wochen bei uns, um uns, unser Arbeiten und SecuMail® kennenzulernen. Aktuell ist Martin, einer unserer Auszubildenden im Ausland, um dort Erfahrungen sammeln zu können, wie sie Chris bei uns sammeln konnte. Ein Interview über Martins Eindrücke folgt….

Julia: Really nice to have you for a student exchange here at WorNet GmbH! After three weeks of exchange it´s time for a little interview! What´s your name, where do you come from and what are you doing during your student exchange at WorNet AG?

Chris: Hi! My name is Chris and i am from Denmark. In Denmark i´m attending a school called Erhvers skole‘. There i am studying to become an IT support specialist. At the moment i´m in Germany to learn and observe the working environment and to see how IT systems operate.

Julia: Great! Can you tell me something about your learnings at WorNet AG?

Chris: Sure! I learned how to operate with LINUX systems, i configured some systems and i observed how to setup physical servers. I`ve also configured the Rasperrie Pie 5.

Julia: Wow! It´s a lot in a few weeks! Was it interessting for you and would you recommend to other students to do a student exchange?

Chris: Yes, of course! It´s always a success to learn about other cultures and taste the tipical bavarian food. I really love Brezen. If you are on a student exchange you learn for the future. You learn to be more adventurous  and to explore. You learn for life!

Julia: What was your funniest moment at WorNet AG?

Chris: Oh, we had a lot of funny moments…. I loved listening to the colleguages while they were speaking bavarian. Some words like „servers“ and so on, i understood and some others I had to guess. This part was really fun.

Julia: Do you like Bavaria? Did you have any time for sightseeing? Do you have a special place which would you recommend to others?

Chris: Yes! Bavaria is beautiful! I liked Wolfratshausen and all the wonderfull nature with all the mountains, trees and lakes. I travelled around and visited Munich. My recommendation: Travel to Munich and get yourself lost! Don`t use your phone but talk to the bavarian people. You will discover so much more!!

Julia: That sounds great! What do you think, will you come back?

Chris: It would be fantatstic to come back because i learned a lot! I would love to come back to WorNet AG and keep learning! Thank you for beeing here and the opportunity to work with you!
